As you can see, a couple of weeks ago I posted a couple times to get used to even having a blog – then forgot to post when I was in Boston! I am happy to report the conference went extraordinarily well, and I am now looking forward to this year’s Retreat. I hope to see many of you there! Especially if you are a West Coaster, as the plan is to have the 2010 Retreat on the East Coast.
What’s exciting for me about having a blog is I hope to not only share many of the things that have been so important in my own recovery, but to address a really wide-ranging group of issues. Like insurance coverage, advocacy, hair care and skin care, current research, strengthening support groups, dealing with schools/jobs/families, accessing appropriate treatment, all kinds of things!
So, thanks for visiting, and I look forward to hearing from you also!
Much love, Christina

I would love to hear about any information regarding drug alternatives. We had some success with our 8 year old daughter using the workbook from Ruth Goldfinger and supplimenting Inositol, but it no longer seems to be helping. She has been taking it for about 2 years. I remember hearing at the Chicago conference last year one of the Doctors talk about an enzeme that had also proven some good results. Would you have any idea how I might get my hands on the information? I can’t remember the name of the doctor. I know he did some short private consults when we were there. He forgot to attend our time slot and I never did follow up. It may have been Jon Grant????
Thank you for all you are doing to bring information and help to so many families.
