		<description><![CDATA[Compulsive hair pulling and skin picking is a disorder that can go unnoticed for a long time. One could easily be considered as simply having a bad habit because of anxiety. 
I have met a few people who seemed to have that problem but I never considered it a disorder until I read your blog. Attending retreats where you can interact with others suffering from the same disorder is an excellent decision.
I hope you are feeling better about yourself and never allow anything to take away your self-esteem.]]></description>
