Dear Christina,

I hope you had a much deserved relaxing staycation. I love those kind of breaks. I look forward to reading about your path, tools and the processes you spoke of in this entry. I hope you know how much you impact the lives of people who for what ever reasons can't get to the retreats, workshops, conferences and who don't have access to someone therapeautically. Your support through the blog is like finding gold. It provides one with the feeling of potential, hope, and lightness about recovery. Thank you for everything you've done since the beginning. I greatly look forward to hearing more about your path and tools.

Be Well,
